How Patrick Properties Hospitality Group Used Gigpro to Staff for the Busy Event Season

Patrick Properties signed up for Gigpro in early September of 2021, just ahead of a very busy fall wedding season. During this season, PPH needed additional staff to supplement their full-time event staff members, particularly event servers and bartenders.
Since September 2021, PPH has posted 1,165 gigs to cover shifts at the four event venues and the restaurant; the average hourly wage for PPH gigs is $20. Additionally, they have established a relationship with a large group of reputable Pros on the platform that consistently pick up their posted shifts.
