Use Bundled Gigs to Hire Pros for a Series of Shifts
We've introduced a new feature called "Bundling" that will help streamline your staffing process for large-scale events. With Bundling, you can now post multiple Gigs together and encourage Pros to apply to work consecutive days in a series of Gigs. This will not only save you time but also ensure that you have a consistent and reliable team for your events.
If you are a caterer, large-scale venue, or restaurant group taking on catering as an additional source of revenue, Bundling is the perfect feature for you. By posting multiple positions across different locations, you can encourage Pros to apply to work the same position and location on consecutive days in a row. This means that you can avoid training new Pros for each event and instead build a team of experienced and reliable workers.
Utilizing the new feature allows you to decrease time spent on training new Pros. This feature also makes event staffing a breeze because you can post multiple positions across different locations and Pros can apply to work the same position and location consecutive days in a row - effectively minimizing the time you spend making selections for each shift.
Examples of when to use Bundled Gigs:
If you have a three-day event coming up, you can bundle three separate Gigs together and post them as a series. Pros can apply to work all three days consecutively, ensuring that you have a consistent and reliable team for the entire event.
If you have multiple locations for an event, you can bundle the Gigs together and specify the different locations. Pros can apply to work at a specific location for consecutive days, making it easy for you to manage staffing across multiple venues.
If you have a large catering gig coming up, you can bundle the Gigs together and specify the different positions that need to be filled. Pros can apply to work at a specific position for consecutive days, ensuring that you have a team with the necessary skills and experience.
Need to give your staff time off for a few days to week? Bring in Pros to supplement their shift and post the Gig as a Bundled one to save time in posting and ensure you have the consistency of the same Pro working each shift over the series of days.
To access this feature, create multiple shifts for the same position and complete the posting. From there, go to the 'Schedule' tab, and click on the three-dot menu on the right-hand side for the gig you would like to bundle. Select which gigs you would like to bundle, and enter a bonus amount. Any Pros who confirm a shift will be confirmed for all bundled shifts.
